    Login using your credentials

    Click "Election Return"

    Click "Expenses"

    Click "Election Expenses"

    Click "Advertising"

    Click "New Advertising Expense"

    Enter in the required payment information

    Select the date that the advertisement was first placed

    Select the date that the advertisement ended publication

    Select the vendor from the drop down list, or add a new vendor

    Click "Publication/Broadcaster"

    Enter the name of the radio station/tv station/newspaper/social media site/ etc which the advertisement was published on

    Click "Save"
