How Do I: Record an Advertising Expense
Advertising expenses require additional information to be recorded and additional documentation to be provided. Be sure to capture the financial agent authorization statement for each advertisement and provide with your backup documentation to your auditor and Elections Saskatchewan.

Login using your credentials

Click "Election Return"

Click "Expenses"

Click "Election Expenses"

Click "Advertising"

Click "New Advertising Expense"

Enter in the required payment information

Select the date that the advertisement was first placed

Select the date that the advertisement ended publication

Select the vendor from the drop down list, or add a new vendor

Click "Publication/Broadcaster"

Enter the name of the radio station/tv station/newspaper/social media site/ etc which the advertisement was published on

Click "Save"
