How Do I: Record an Election Expense

Navigate to [https://elms.elections.sk.ca/](https://elms.elections.sk.ca/)
Click "Election Return"
Click "Expenses"
Click "Election Expenses"
Click the tab for the type of expense you would like to record.
Click "New Goods Supplied Expense"
Enter the required information for the expense.
If the vendor for the expense has not been previously added, click "New" to add the vendor. If you have previously recorded an expense for the vendor, select their name from the drop-down box.
Enter the vendors information on the Vendor tab.
Click "Save" and the expense will be added to ELMS.
