How Do I: Record an Expense Subject to a Joint Agreement
Campaigns may enter into Joint Agreements with other Campaigns or Parties in order to share common expenses. Use the ELMS system to indicate that an expense is subject to a Joint Agreement.

Login using your credentials

Click "Election Return"

Select the appropriate category of expense for the Joint Agreement transaction you wish to record

Select the appropriate category of expense for the Joint Agreement transaction you wish to record

Select the appropriate category of expense for the Joint Agreement transaction you wish to record

Click "New Expense"

Enter all the pertinent details for the Joint Agreement Expenditure

Click the box next to "Joint Agreement" to indicate that the transaction is subject to a Joint Agreement

Use the "Notes" field to add relevant information about the Joint Agreement

Click "Save"
