After faculty launch a Precepting Campaign, students will:

- See a banner on their Ospreys Navigate Home Screen
- Receive an email about scheduling the appointment

Click "Schedule This Appointment" to begin

Students can select appointment times that work best with their schedule. The system is fully integrated with Faculty's Outlook calendar, so when meetings are added to Outlook, Ospreys Navigate automatically removes those times from student selection options to prevent double-booking.

Student then need to complete the booking form.

Once a student schedules their appointment, faculty receive an email confirmation and a meeting invite automatically appears on their calendar.

How Students Can Schedule a Campaign Appointment (Precepting Meeting)
