Creating Appointment Summaries for Upcoming Appointments

Navigate to <https://stockton.campus.eab.com/>,access your staff home page (your precepting page).

For upcoming appointments that haven't occurred yet, check the box next to the student's name for the appointment you want to add an appointment summary to.

After selecting the appointment, click 'Actions'.

Complete the form and add details to the Appointment Summary as needed, keeping in mind that students can view these summaries.

Once completed, click 'Save this Report'.

Creating Appointment Summaries for Past Appointments

Scroll down in the Appointments tab until you see the 'Reporting' section.

Check the box next to the appointment you want to add an appointment summary to.

Creating an Appointment Summary for an Ad Hoc Unscheduled Appointment

Warning: Clicking 'Report on Appointment' from a student's profile when you already have a scheduled meeting will create a duplicate appointment. Instead, use the 'Actions' button to create Appointment Summaries for existing meetings.

Access the student's profile by either clicking their name or searching for them in the quick search bar.

Click 'Report on Appointment' in the menu under the student's profile picture.

For ad hoc appointments, you must complete the appointment details section of the Appointment Summary. Choose the appropriate Care Unit.
