    Click on the "Staff ID" field and enter the staff's unique Staff ID.\ Note: The Staff ID is mandatory, and each staff member has a distinct ID, which can be obtained from <https://ltss.health.maryland.gov/>

    Click on the "Rate" field and input the rate for the staff ID. This field automatically calculates the total based on the processed data. For example, if a caregiver works 8 hours at a rate of $50 per hour, the system will intelligently calculate and record this information in the processed CSV file, eliminating the need for manual calculations.
