Please keep in mind that you can only delay showings for a maximum of 24 hours. Any longer and you will need to set the status of your listing in Flemlx to "Withdrawn (Temporarily Off Market)". The only exception to this is for AirBnb, VRBO's, or other Short Term Rental situations.

Navigate to [showingtime.com](https://setup-sso.showingtime.com/) and login!

From the home page, click "Listing Setup"

Click your listing that you want to set a showing restriction for.

Click "Showing Restrictions"

Click "Add New Showing Restriction"

Click the "Restriction Reason" field.

Type in your restriction reason "restriction (examples: family sick, renovations, etc)."

Select whether you want it to be for all day or a certain time.

Select if you want the restriction to repeat or for it to be a one time restriction.

Click "Save Showing Restriction" and you're all setup so that buyers cannot request showings during that restricted time.
