There are different ways to add time in Google Sheets. But first things first: start by navigating to Google Sheets.
2
Once you are in your spreadsheet, go to "File".
3
And then, click on "Settings".
4
Then you'll see the "Locale" field. When you click on that dropdown, you'll be able to select a preferred location.
5
Then, you can select your preferred time zone if you want.
6
Then, you should click on "Save and reload".
7
But wait, there's more! you can also use the TIME formula. To do so, first, select a cell.
8
Then, you should type "=TIME(hh,mm,ss) [[enter]]". So, in this case, I'm typing "=TIME(14,30,00)" to indicate 2:30 p.m.

It will look something like this.
