Choose the type: ‘Devices’ if it's a computer, tablet or phone, or ‘Others’ if it's an accessory or peripheral (screen, headphones, etc.)

Enter the category: "Laptops" if it is a computer

Indicate the model and any technical specifications (processor, RAM, SSD)

Enter the serial number, unique to each piece of equipment

You can provide more information by clicking on "Additional information".

Click on ‘Save’ to add this equipment to your stock

Following an audit, we invite you to manually add equipment to the platform by filling in at least the category, make and/or model and serial number. Once it has been enrolled, details of the technical specifications (processor, RAM and storage for a computer) will be filled in automatically. This manual addition will not create any duplicates after enrolment.

Note that remote actions are only possible on equipment enrolled with the MDM. In this case, the manually added equipment will be inventoried but it is not possible to perform a remote action (e.g. reset) as the equipment is not enrolled in the MDM.
