    Invite the New User

    The first section covers inviting a new user.
    Click "ORGANISATION"
    Click "Invite Staff to Join Organisation"
    Enter the users details that you would like to invite and click send.
    Once the user has signed up, their status on the invitations page will change to "Registered".
    If you check your Microsoft admin account, you will see that the new user has been created with no licences against their account. Licences will be added later in the tutorial via Employment Details.
    The user will receive an email from theBOSSapp with their Microsoft login as shown in the screenshot.

    Identify Licenses Associated with Specific Positions

    To determine which licenses are associated with specific positions, please follow the steps below.
    Click "Integrations"
    Click the 'Microsoft' tile.
    Click "Roles to Sync"
    Click the menu button (three dots) on the desired position.
    Here you can see which licences are assign to this position. Click the X to close the pop up.
