    Sign in to your school portal as a Super Admin.

    ***Note that:*** \ \ *- You may not have access to the KYC steps if logged in as any other user type other than 'Super Admin'.* *- The KYC step is required to be done by a major official director of the school.*

    If your SchoolRemit merchant account is pending KYC verification, a notification will be displayed at the top of your account dashboard as shown below.\ \ Click the "Complete KYC" button.

    Provide the full name of the director in the full name input box.

    Provide the valid email address of the director in the email input box.

    Select the preferred and available means of identification. \ \ Ensure you have a digital/soft copy of the ID selected.

    Input the ID number of the selected means of identification.

    Select and upload a scanned/digital copy of the identification means. (Image or PDF file supported).

    In the BVN Verification section of the form, input the valid phone number of the school director in the phone number input box.\ \ Note that this should be the same phone number used for the BVN enrollment.

    Provide the valid BVN of the school director in the BVN input box.

    Select the valid date of birth of the school director in the Date of Birth input box.

    After providing all details as required, click the "Verify BVN" button.\ \ The system will check the validity of the supplied details and respond accordingly on the page.

    You can add the details of a second director of the school by clicking the "Add Second Director" button.\ \ Also, you can click the same button again to collapse or close the form area of the second director.

    Finally, click the "Submit KYC" button to submit the KYC details.\ \ Note that without this final submission, the KYC details you supplied will not be saved or updated to your merchant account. \ So, it is very important to submit the information before leaving the page.

    Upon successful submission, the supplied KYC details will be reviewed and updated to your SchoolRemit merchant account.
