Click on the 'Customer / Company' dropdown to select a customer

Click the "Project ID" field to enter a project ID

Click on the 'Type Of Work' dropdown to select the type of work relevant to the project

To decide whether to tax the customer on the project, click on the 'Taxable' dropdown and choose from there

Click on the 'Attribute Location For This Project' dropdown to connect the project directly to a yard

Select a address under the 'Address' field by either entering it in the textbox shown below

Or by moving the pin on the map on the righthand side

Click the "PO Number" field to enter a global PO number to the project

Note! A unique PO number can be entered for a order in the project during its creation at the bottom of the page, but if no PO number is entered then it will default to the global PO number of the project

To enter a work order number, click the "Work Order Number" field.

And to enter a start and end date to the project, click on the boxes shown below

Once you're done entering the necessary information, click on 'Next'

Note! When creating a new project, the only mandatory fields are 'Project Name', 'Customer / Company', and 'Type Of Project'. Once those are entered, you will see the 'Next' button appear

In the next page, you will be able to add any additional information on the project. Be aware that customers will be able to see what is entered.

Customer prefers trucks to be spaced 30 minutes apart
