How To Create A SERVICE for "Experiences" In Tillex

This guide explains how to add a SERVICE (such as Click + Collect or Delivery) but in this case, "Experiences" to the Tillex Administrator Role. Once configured, the service appears on the EPOS allowing bookings to be selected and processed instore.

In the Tillex Partner Center, select "Administrator".

Select "Services".

Click "+" to add a "Service".

Create a "Service Name" e.g. Experiences. Check: - show in epos - require customer address *- only if essential*

Set "Charges" (also accept gratuities if required).

Tip! Instant is ideal for ticketed "Events".

Set "Processing" requirements.

Apply "Linked EPOS Service" if needed e.g. room service.

Tip! Tillex automatically deducts all online + in-store sales (in real-time) from the main Inventory resource.

Select where the stock for the Service is coming from in "Stock Location". Click "Save".

The Service "Experiences" has now appeared. Use the up + down arrow keys to manage which is shown first on the EPOS and online or Pause if needed.

Tip! The "Experiences Service" adds a "Bookings" tab to the EPOS (no events such as rentals, hires or tickets) can be created in the Sales Catalogue without this Service being implemented in the Tillex Partner Center - Administrator Role first.

Click Open Orders in the EPOS to filter by "Services". Click "Experiences".
