Join CampusPress as a Contributor

Join RMIT CampusPress as a Contributor by going to <https://sites.rmit.edu.au/?join-invite-code=248-2023studentcontributorlink-64efe8ca77c06>\
then click "Log in"

Click "Use RMIT ID" and sign in with your RMIT login details.

Navigate to the Dashboard
Create your post

Click + New / Post

Click the "Add title" field and type in your name.
Add your text and links

Click into the main field. This is where you will add your text, images and links.

For your text, we recommend:
**TITLE OF PROJECT IN BOLD ALL CAPS** followed by abstract/statement. One or two paragraphs are sufficient. Be aware that the first part of your text will appear in the grid of previews on program pages. You can use text from your studio report or similar.
Add a couple of lines about yourself and your practice.
Add links to your website and / or social media links (if you have them)
Add your image gallery
Tip! Image files should be JPG or PNG.
If you can, we recommend calling your image file: \
Year-discipline- program-yourname-title-photographer\
For example: 2024-Art-BAFA-AlisonBennett-vegetal-PhotoWilliamKang.
Tip! If you need to resize your image files, use <https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/resize-image>\
Login using your RMIT credentials.
We recommend between 1,000 pixels wide to a maximum of 2,000 pixels wide.

Click "Add Media"

Click "Create gallery"

Click "Upload files" if you have not aleady uploaded to the Media Library

Click "Select Files"
Add Captions and Alt Text to each image

Once the images have uploaded, click the "Caption" field.
Please use this format for captions\
[[Your name, ‘title of the work / or description’, year, medium. Photographer: photographers name (if applicable).]]

Click the "Alt Text" field and breifly describe the image.
Alt Text will assist accessibility by reading aloud your text to assist viewers with visual processing disorders.
