How To Create and Schedule GBP Posts In LeadSnap Using AI.

The new posting area can be accessed by going to the GBP tab

Then select "Manage locations (Beta)" If you do not see the beta option it is because the old page has already been replaced so you will just need to click on the manage locations page.

From this page, we can select 1 or multiple GBP's depending on if you want to write posts for 1 GBP or for multiple at once.

After selecting the GBP or GBP's that you want to write a post for, then click on the create post option that appears here. (If you do not see this button, you have to select a location with the checkbox first.)

You will see the locations you had selected in the previous screen will show here. You can also choose to add more locations or remove locations from here.

The select the type of post you would like to create. Our options are Standard, Event, or Offer.

Next, lets select our call to action. If you chose the "Call Now" option, the system will automatically add the number from your GBP. If you choose something else such as the "Learn More" you will then be prompted to enter a URL.

Here you can add an image for your post. Please note, the image added here will be added for all posts if you are creating multiple. If you are creating a post for multiple locations please skip this step for now as we will be able to add unique images for each post later.

By default the system will be set to write with AI.

You can select your tone you would like it to use.

Set whether you want it to include emojis or hashtags in the post or not.

Then you can promt the AI as well. You do not HAVE to prompt the AI. Our AI has already been trained to write a post using best SEO practices and will automatically pull the data from your GBP such as the name, number, website, description, and services and will write a unique posts for each location with that information. \ \ However, if you would like to have the system write a post using particular keywords, service areas, length or anything else then you can prompt it. If you are going to prompt the AI then this would be best when doing posts for 1 location.

We also have the ability to write a posts manually if you prefer.

If you are writing a post manually, then you may want to utilize the short codes option. This option will allow you to create posts for multiple GBP's and will swap out any information with the relevant GBP info. For example: If you want to create 1 post and have it go to all of your GBP's but your GBP's have different names, then you can use the {{location_name}} short code and each post will have the corresponding GBP name in it.

Down below you will find the scheduling options. You can select a particular date.

As well as a time you want this to post.

The time zone that will show here, will be the time zone of your account. If you would like to change it for a particular post you can do so. If you would like to change your default time zone you can click on your name in the top right hand corner of your account, click profile settings, then change your profiles time zone.

We also have the ability to make these posts recurring.

After turning on the recurring switch, you will see the option to select your frequency. You can have it post daily, weekly, monthly, or custom.

You also have the ability to have LeadSnap write a unique AI generate post each time it is set to occur.
