Navigate to [https://cellulosome.mcdb.ucla.edu/umap/md/?s=x](https://cellulosome.mcdb.ucla.edu/umap/md/?s=x)
Each plot is on 'zoom' setting to start. Click anywhere to draw a box to zoom in.
Alternatively, to retain the view without zoom, you can select the dotted box to make selections of points. See the list of selected points below each plot. This is Group 1.
Double click to remove a box selection, or zoom back out. To download a selection, click the download button as before. This will only download the selections in the 1 plot above the button. There are buttons on each plot, once selections have been made.
Repeat the process on the green plot, for Group 2.
Once a selections have been set for both plots, Groups 1 and 2 are now available to compare, and the button appears.
Click "Compare lists"
This is the compare page where all entries are listed. Click "Download All rows (tsv)" to download to file. It may take a few seconds to produce this button below the table. You can view each entry by clicking on a PFAM. This will show the statistics and method in producing the T-test score along with a bar plot of each count for each species.
