    These instructions relate to rolling over a page for the next year and archiving the previous year.

    LOGIN: Navigate to <https://sites.rmit.edu.au/schoolofartinfo/wp-login.php>

    Click "Use RMIT ID"

    Open the page you want to roll over

    Click "Duplicate Post"

    Update the heading with the new year

    Type the new heading in the title field. and save draft

    Update Year and Semester Tags in Query fields

    Tip! Most pages have been set up with two query searches. The fist produces a list of headings, the second query search includes the content.

    Click on the title of a course. Note the menu appearing and the contextual options on right side. When you click on the first icon, as indicated below, you can work your way up the hierarchy of nested blocks to reach the Query Search.

    When you reach the Query Serach block, you will see the Filters appear on the right contextual block menu. Click the "Tags" field.

    Type "2025 Sem"

    Click "2025 Sem"

    Click here and remove the old tag.
