How To Edit A SERVICE E.G. Delivery In Tillex

This guide explains how to update an existing Service (e.g. delivery or click and collect) in Tillex, so you can control how customers receive your products and services. This example edits a Delivery setting.

In the Tillex Partner Center, click "Administrator".

Select "Services" (Services describe the different ways customers can receive the products and services defined in your catalogue).

To add a service click (+). There is already one set up as "UK Delivery" so select it.

Click the pencil icon to edit UK Delivery Service.

Edit the service name and description if needed.

If applicable - edit "Service Hours".

Do not forget to Click "Save" if amended.

Select "Exceptions" if you want to stop the service.

To add exception dates click the plus sign.

Add dates UK Delivery will not operate e.g. 25/12/2025.

Click "Save"

Click Charges to view options. Select the Payment Mode orange information button to grasp payment processing.

Decide which type you require (Delivery Service defaults to instant - we recommend you keep it).

Fill in requirements for Min Order etc. Then click "Timing".

Add your timescales. Then click the "Processing" tab.

We recommend you leave Processing to the default! Then click "Stock"

Stock shows you where the products are taken from (if more then one shop). Once you have completed all tabs, click "Save".

Click "Close"

Now TEST the Service you have set up. Click on the Tillex logo to return to the partner center.

Click "Online Store"

Buy a product.

Select Click & Collect to switch to UK Delivery

Click "UK Delivery"

Add a postcode followed by the Compass icon (rhs) and then the orange OK button.

Click "Add" to put a product in your cart.

Click "OK"

Use a discount code BBSHOP for testing. Click the "Add a discount code" field.

Click the tick to apply the code.

Click "Ok". Now you can view / process the order in the EPOS.
