Click the **Add Field** button to automatically insert them into your form.

Once the field has been successfully added to the form, click on the Video box to select it. When selected, a menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Use the menu on the right to customize the video settings. From here, you can upload a video from your computer, select one from My Files, and adjust options such as displaying or hiding the control bar, muting the video, enabling autoplay or looping, as well as modifying the video’s corners and padding.

To customize the placement of the video in the form, hover over the field in the left side menu, then click and drag it through the list. Drop it in the desired position to arrange it as you need.
