Navigate to the new video you'd like to have on the site <https://vimeo.com/1047449680/085abb916a>

Click share

Click "Embed"

Click "Copy embed code"

Switch to sitecore

find the location of the content item. This one is called video, others might not be. Select it.

Click the yellow lock and edit at the top right of the page

Click "Show editor"

Click "HTML"

Select the existing embed code (or skip this step if there's no code in this section yet). Note, if there is more than just the embed code in here, be careful you only remove the embed code and not the code from other items.

Paste the new code in

Click "Accept"

Click "Save"

Type "Video updated to 'XYZ' to provide more accurate information for viewers" or something similar into the box that pops up
