    How To Enable Students Access To A CBT Exam/Test

    Sign in to your school portal as an admin or a teacher.

    If signed in as a teacher, you can access and manage CBT Schedules which have been made the supervisor of.

    Click the "ACADEMICS" menu-group

    Click the "CBT" menu

    Click the "CBT Schedules" sub-menu

    Click "View Schedule" on the CBT schedule you want to manage

    At the top, select a class to load their scheduled test/exam subjects

    Enable / Open Access to a Test/Exam

    Note that before you can enable access to a test/exam, you will have already scheduled and added questions to that test/exam.

    To allow students to access and start taking a test/exam, click the "Play" button corresponding to that test/exam subject.

    Click "Yes. Switch!"

    Pause Access to a Test/Exam

    To temporarily pause access to a test/exam (usually when you wish to update some settings of the exam), click the "Pause" button

    Click "Yes. Switch!"

    Stop/Close Access to a Test/Exam

    When the test/exam is over, you need to then stop the test/exam. Click the "Stop" button
