How To Enter Load Tickets in FarmCommand

Navigate to [https://www.farmcommand.com/dashboard/summary](https://www.farmcommand.com/dashboard/summary)

Open the Main Menu.

Click "Harvest"

You have two areas to add load tickets. The first is the load ticket home screen, accessed by clicking here.

And then selecting "Add Load Ticket"

The other option is on the "Summary" page of the Harvest Manager, accessed by clicking here.

Find the field you want to make a record for, and click "+ Ticket"

Select the date of the ticket from the calendar and adjust the time if necessary.

Next record if the grain is being stored or delivered.

Then select where the grain is coming from. Field - grain is coming directly off the field. Storage - grain is being moved from one storage unit to a new storage unit or grain is being moved from storage to where it will be delivered for sale. For this example, the grain is being harvested and coming "From" the field so I have selected "Field."

Next, select where the grain is going "To." Storage- going to a storage unit on your farm Unknown - you may use this if you have not set up storage units in FarmCommand

If you select storage, then choose the yard and storage unit that the grain will be taken to.

Now select if you have an "Actual" or "Estimated" amount for this ticket. Actual - weighed the amount of grain for this ticket. Estimated - assumed how much grain was loaded for this ticket (this might be based on how large the cart is or how full the truck is).

Select either "Volume" or "Weight" for this ticket, and enter the total.

OPTIONAL: enter the % moisture for the load.

OPTIONAL: complete the other details.

Choose either: Save and Start Batch - this locks in your basic information where the grain is coming from and going to so you can add multiple tickets more quickly. Save - simply saves this one ticket and closes the workscreen.

Click "Save and Start Batch"

Notice the ticket is now goin FROM the field TO the bin that was selected previously. Next, add the date and time for the next ticket.

Notice the ticket is asking me to report the ticket total as "bushels" because selected volume previously. Enter the total amount for the ticket.

Click "Save"

Click "Add Another" to continue with the same parameters.

OR click "Done" to finish.
