How To Fax PDF Documents using SRFax or Ringcentral Fax

From within the EMR

Click "E" for Encounter

Click "Documents"

Select the Document(s), you would like to Fax, you can add Documents here as well

After selecting the Documents, Click "Fax Documents"

Type in the recipients Fax Number, or Select from a list of Providers (usually Specialists) in the EMR

Click "Add Other Fax Recipient"

Click "Fax PDFs"

Checking Fax Status in the EMR

Click "Administration"

Click "Faxes"

Click "Fax Outbox"

You can see the statuses of faxes here and resend as needed
One-off Faxes via Email

Compose a new email from your mailbox (Gmail or Outlook)

Set the recipient to (insert_fax_number)@srfax.com or if you are using Ringcentral Fax then it is (insert_fax_number)@rcfax.com

Attach the PDF or Document you'd like to Fax, and Send the Email

Any Failed Faxes will be Notified to you via Email
