How To Login and Set Up SAP Concur

Toastmasters International uses a made-up username which is your member number padded to be 8 digits and @toastmasters.org. Example: [00123456@toastmasters.org](mailto:00123456@toastmasters.org) Enter your Username and press the next button.

Click "SAP Concur Password"

Enter your password and click "Next"

At this point, if you are a new user, you will be prompted to enter a password. You may also be prompted to set up two factor authentication. This is an added security measure that ensures that no one can "break in" on your account. 2nd factor is usually a code that is regenerated every minute or so. It will be known only to you and should never be shared with anyone. Two Factor Authentication typically requires an application on your mobile device. Popular apps include Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator. If you use a password vault, it may also support providing the second factor code. Install the application on your mobile device and follow directions for setting up a new account.

Enter the 6 digit two-factor authentication code and click "Sign In"

Click "Profile Settings"

Click "Personal Information"

Enter your title, mobile phone number, and add an email address. Your name and membership number should already be filled in for you. Press "Save" button.

Click "Bank Information"

This disclosure may display. Click on "Close" once you have read it.

Select your country as CANADA and currency as Canada, Dollar. Enter your account information. For help, look at the example cheque at the bottom of the page. Enter branch number, Institution Number and Bank Account Number. You will have to enter the account number twice to ensure you get it right. Fill in the personal information at the bottom of the page, click the authorization checkbox and press "Save".

Click the SAP Concur logo to go back to the main login page.

This is the main page where you can create expense reports and follow up on reports you have filed.
