Within the Community, select the "Discussions" tab

Click "Post New Message"

Enter the subject line

Enter the message in the field, you can schedule a release time or save as a draft

Click "Post"

Depending on moderation, the Community lead can approve or deny posts

The moderation options will appear above the post

To edit a post, click on the drop down next to "Reply"
