Enter Time Online

Check their Timesheet before you get started. You will need to know the last day the employee worked to complete the request to terminate.

Click here.

Click HR.

Click "HR Actions"

Select the appropriate Term HR Action based on the employee's status -Benefit-eligible (FT, PTP) or PT

Click Start on the far right.

Search for the employee in the "Choose Employee" field.

Select the employee being terminated

Click "Continue"

In the **Effective From** and **Terminated** fields, enter the **last day the employee worked.** Check their Timesheet before you get started. If you use the wrong date, the HR Action will be Rejected.

Select "Terminated" in the "Account Status" field.

Select the termination reason from the list. If you select [[V-Resignation]], be sure to upload the resignation letter, email, or text.

Termination Notes are required if marking not eligible for rehire, but are encouraged for all terms.

Click "Save"

Click "OK"

Click "Continue"

Click "Submit"
