In this form you will be asked questions regarding your collaborations with the Online Volunteer/s as well as their performance and contributions. Providing feedback on their performance will not only allow them to see their strength and weaknesses but shows them your appreciation for their contributions. Thus, we recommend taking some time to provide your feedback.
    13
You will be asked a few questions, either via drop-down or text box.
    14
The first question is the most important. Indicating the volunteer has worked by choosing 'Yes', triggers the system to automatically issue a certificate of appreciation when you submit the feedback form. By choosing 'No', the system will not issue a certificate and archive the assignment as 'Volunteer has not worked'.
    15
Click this checkbox when you would like to indicate whether the volunteer should receive a certificate.
    16
Click this checkbox if you wish to share the feedback with the Online Volunteer. Leave it unticked if you would not want to share the feedback
    17
    Click "Next"...
    18
... and "Complete" to submit the feedback form.
