Recalling a workflow will allow for a user to make edits after materials have already been submitted. For example, you may have accidentally uploaded the wrong documents and your evaluator has requested that you correct the error. The following instructions only apply when trying to pull the workflow back from the step immediately following (e.g. recalling a Faculty Submission step from the Evaluator or recalling the Evaluator from the Faculty Acknowledgement and Optional Response Step). Review the Workflow Diagram located on the APPR How-To section of the Digital Measures user guide for more details.
Locate your APPR workflow in the History section of your Workflow tab. Select the name to open.
Select "RECALL" in the top right corner of the screen.
The workflow will return to your Inbox. Once you make the required changes, resubmit your materials by selecting Actions in the top right corner of the screen, then Submit to Evaluator.
