If you have NOT received an email from ELSATechSupport with a temporary password, you can use the steps below to register your account.

Navigate to <https://unitedway.powerappsportals.com/en-US/>and then click Sign In

Click "Register"

Click "Sign up now"

Enter the email address for the person who will be in charge of invoicing for your program.

Click "Send verification code"

Check the email box that you used to register for an email with a verification code you can search for this email address to find this confirmation email: [[\[msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com]]\]

Enter the verification code from your email into the verification code box

Click "Verify code"

Enter a password according to the instructions on the screen

Enter the First and Last Name for the person who will be responsible for invoicing, and the ELSA ID for any of your program sites - GTCUW will connect all sites that belong to you on our end.

Click "Create"

Enter the business phone number for this site

Enter your role/title at your program

Choose your preferred methods of contact and click "Update"

Review your information and make changes if needed

IMPORTANT: Until you receive a confirmation email that GTCUW has activated your account, you will not see any information under Program Sites! Once your account is activated, you will need to upload your Program Participation Agreement (PPA) to each site before you will be able to submit any invoices. See the next Scribe for How to Submit Your PPA

Find the email that has your Program Participation Agreement from DCYF (search noreply@alchemer.com) You will use this in the next step!
