How To Reply To Existing GBP Reviews

In this guide we will be going over how to reply with AI to any existing reviews that have not yet been replied too.\ \ First, click on GBP on the left side.

Then lets go to the Reviews page.

With the location filter, we can have LeadSnap only show us reviews for a particular GBP. You can leave this blank if you want to see reviews for all GBP's.

Next, we can click on the reply filter to only show us reviews that have not yet been replied too.

We can also sort by rating, if we only want to see reviews that are of a particular star value.

Lastly for the sorting, we can also create a new view. Creating a view will allow you to name it and save your sorting selections. For example you can save a view called "unreplied reviews" then apply your filter for reply = no reply. \ \ Then when we click on this view we will always see the unreplied reviews without having to reapply the filter.

One we have the filters how we want them, we can select the reviews on the left side that we want to reply too. Pleas note, you can click on the very top checkbox to select all reviews on this page.

Once we have selected the reviews we want to reply too. We can then select, AI Reply. Or you can select the regular Reply button if you want to write it manually.

After selecting the AI Reply button, you will then be promoted to select your tone

As well as your desired reply length.

Once we click Apply To All the system will automatically generate the replies for all reviews you had selected. Please keep in mind these will automatically be published and will not be in draft mode. But you will be able to edit the reply right away.

Once the review is generated and posted you can hover over the text in the Review Reply column to see the reply text.

You can also click on the text field to open up a box where you can edit the reply if need be.
