How To Reserve Parking Using ParkMobile

Open your email and click the Park Mobile Link that we sent you.

Scroll down the list to choose the date of the class that you wish to reserve parking for.

This will open a list of garages on campus and none will be available. Click "Filters & Access Codes" at the top of the list.

A box will open. From here, click the "Access Code" field.

In this box type HSP" and click "Apply"

Now the Highland Garage will show up and be reservable. Click "reserve".

A login window will open. If you want to create an account, it will save your information and you can pay and reserve your parking easier next time. However, this is not required and you can scroll down and choose "Continue As A Guest"

You will need to enter your email address, license plate information and payment information on the next screen.

Click "Confirm & Purchase"

You will be taken to the confirmation page with information on your parking reservation.

You will also receive an email from ParkMobile <noreply@alerts.parkmobile.io> Since Highland Garage is gateless and has no attendant, no further action is necessary. When you arrive to campus, drive into the garage and park in available spot. Parking is validated via license plate number.
