To See All Fields in a Project

Click "Customize"

Click "Fields"

This list will show all fields currently in a project even if they are hidden. To edit one of those fields, select the field.

Make your changes and then click "Save changes"
How to Hide a Field

Click on the carrot next to the name of the field.

Click "Hide column"

If you would like to keep that field hidden in the future, click "save view". If you don't want that field to stay hidden in the future, don't click save view. It will revert back to the field being shown once you leave the page.
