How To Setup And Use GBP Management

Integrating your GMB is extremely easy. First we will start by clicking Google in the left navigation.

Then select GMB locations.

Now we will click the +GMB button at the top. If you do not see this button it is because you do not have an API setup in your account. Please contact support to see about getting an API for your account.

After clicking the +GMB button you will then need to sign into your gmail account that is associated with a GMB.

After signing into your gmail account. You will then be able to activate your GMB. After activating it, you will then see this View button.

Click view to access your GMB dashboard.

Within the GMB dashboard you will be able to fully edit your GMB.

You will be able to add media

You can also schedule your images to post over time. As well as geo tag them and re-name them directly from within LeadSnap.

You can add or edit your services.

You can reply to all of your reviews.

As well as answer any questions.

You will also be able to create and schedule GMB posts.

Select the type of post you want it to be. Then fill out the text and add your image.

Here is where you can set the posting date.

Or you can also make it a recurring post. If you set this post to recur every 30 days, then the system will delete the old post and re-post it again.

And finally we can lock the location. Having this on, will block any and all incoming suggestions to your GMB from outside sources.
