You will get to this page with all the pages below and an empty tray on top. Click the document(s) that match the lab results (i.e patient 1).

Select the document(s) then click "Add"

When all the document(s) are selected and added, click (Save & Continue)

To ensure confidentiality and to minimize error, make sure to read the documents and verify they are for the same patient for the same lab result. Different lab results require different saved documents, DO NOT combine them together.

This is part of the verification step, ensuring both documents are intended for PATIENT 1

File as usual, accurately labeling the document type, description, and tethering to the right patient

Click "Save" once you are finished

When you see the prompt "Successfully saved" you are clear to exit the tab on the top right.

Now that the documents for patient 1 is finished, you will find the remaining documents of the file. Click the document and repeat the same steps.

The remaining documents (pages 4 and 5) of this sample are meant for "Patient 3". Since they are for the same patient and are results from the same lab, we can exit the tab and finish the task.

Now that we have successfully verified that we have patient 1's file saved and it is the same document, click "Delete Current Page"

Same goes for the second page for patient 1, click "Delete Current Page"
