How To Submit A Facility Use Request Online

Click "COMMUNITY"

Click "Facility Use Request"

Click this image.

Select your Organization

Enter the name of your event, i.e., Cyfair Elite Basketball Practice. The event name will be published on the calendar.

Give a description of your event, i.e., Youth basketball practice.

This field is not required, but if you would like to give a more detailed description, it can be done here.

To choose your location, you can begin typing or choose the down arrow to see a drop-down of locations.

Click on your location choice

Click "edit LOCATION SEARCH" to see a full list of locations

Enter any special setup requests here

Enter the number of attendees

Click the date of your event

If the date and time are available, you will enter the start and end time of your event. You can drag the botton of the hi-lighted time to the end time or you can double-click to type in manually. \*\*This is the actual start and end time of your event. Setup & breakdown time will be entered separately.

Add how much time you need for setup (minutes or hours)

Add how much time you need for breakdown (minutes or hours)

Click "Repeat Weekly" if this is a recurring event

Enter the last date your event will take place

If your event is multiple days per week, choose those days
