How To Update an Insured's Business Information in Ascend

Navigate to [https://dashboard.useascend.com/programs](https://dashboard.useascend.com/programs)

Click on the program for the insured you want to make changes for, or use the search bar

Scroll down to the "Customer and roles" section. In this section you can edit the name / address of the insured, as well as their primary contact and contact information.

Click the little purple pencil next to the information you want to edit

Click "Name" to edit the name of the insured.

Click the "Address line 1\*" field to edit the insured's address

You can set separate business and mailing addresses for the insured, which will impact where any refund checks are sent, by unchecking the box that says "Same as business address" and entering a new mailing address

Click "Save".

By default, updating an insured's information will update the name/address information for all programs where the insured is listed. If you only want to make the change on one program, select the radio toggle option "Apply changes to this program only"
