Navigate to [https://app.uman.ai](https://app.uman.ai/workspace/a4fbdf3c-22a0-4b6c-990d-a4dd9fa0ee47)

Go to your meetings via the Navigation Menu

Click "Manage calendar sync"

Log in to your account using your credentials (username and password). After successful authentication, you will be able to see your available calendars in the popup.

You'll be presented with the available Calendars from within your accoun. Click on "Sync" next to the calendar or calendars you would like to synchronize.

In this screen you will see all synced calendars

Below you find the button "Manage generated assets". This will allow you to select the relevant assets to generate.

Select the relevant assets using the checkboxes.

At the bottom of your screen, you will notice a notification that all Templates are saved

Everyday at **8 am CET**, uman will send you the configured assets for the meeting you have **planned the day after** (e.g. on Wednesday 8 am CET, you will receive assets for your meetings on Thursday - CET timezone based)

We use the email addresses from your meeting attendee list to identify both the company and audience. In some cases, the structure of the email address might prevent us from accurately identifying the person or company. We’re continuously working to improve this process to ensure more accurate results.
