    Accessing the Event Attendance Management Tool

    Navigate to <https://uga.campuslabs.com/engage/> . Log in using your UGA MyID and password.

    Open the main menu on the left hand side of the screen by clicking the icon in the upper left hand corner.

    Find the organization that you would like to submit an event on behalf of, located under the "My Organizations" section of the menu. Click on the gear icon to open your organization's toolbox.

    From the toolbox, select "Events."

    If you are unable to find the organization, or if you do not have access to the appropriate tools in the toolbox, please contact your organization's primary contact. They will need to give you permission to access these tools within the organization's roster. They can use the "Roster Management" guide found on our website for further support with this step.

    To access event attendance tools, click on the event that you would like to manage from the list of events.

    Click the blue "TRACK ATTENDANCE" button.

    Click the blue "ADD ATTENDANCE" button on the right side of the screen.

    Adding Attendance via Text Entry

    To add attendance via Text Entry, or by typing a list of attendees, select the "TEXT ENTRY" tab.

    Click the "Attendees" field. Here you can add a list of UGA MyID email addresses for event attendees. You should enter one email address per line.

    You can also add attendees using their UGA 81x number by switching the Identifier Type to "Card ID Number."

    Once you have inputted your list of attendees, click on the blue "ADD" button.

    Adding Attendance via File Upload

    To add attendance via File Upload, or by uploading a spreadsheet of attendees, select the "FILE UPLOAD" tab.

    Click the "Choose File" button to upload your file. Your file must be in .CSV format and contain only the identifier type selected. When using E-Mail Addresses, all emails must be in the UGA MyID format.

    Select the blue "UPLOAD" button to upload your attendance list.
