**Before beginning, please ensure your image is the correct size.** - ***Image Size****: Height and width of image in pixels.* - ***File Size****: How much storage space this takes up.* **IN-PAGE IMAGES** *(Those that sit alongside the text)* Sizes can differ, but in a lot of cases, a square image as small as 200x200 pixels may be enough. Whilst the image sizes may be around 200-400 pixels in width or height, each image should ideally have a file size lower than 100kb, **500kb is the maximum allowed file size**. **POD SIZES** *(Those that are used on landing pages and are usually linked through to other pages)* - Square: 270x270 pixels - Half Width: 564x270 pixels - Tall: 270x564 pixels - Full Width: 1152x270 pixels HERO BANNER: 1920x580 pixels (580 max height) NOTE: ALL IMAGES MUST BE SMALL, NOT THE ORIGINAL SIZES FOUND ON THE DAM. **PLEASE RESIZE YOUR IMAGES TO NO MORE THAN 500kb**

Click "Media Library"

Navigate to the folder you require. If a folder doesn't already exist that would be relevant for your images, make a new folder. To do so, right click on 'media library', then click insert, then media folder.

Click "Upload file" then select "Choose File" NOTE: If uploading more than one image at once, select "Upload Files (Advanced)" and choose the images one by one on the next window.

Choose the image you require, then select "Upload"

Navigate to "Alt" and add relevant Alt text. NOTE: This is mandatory. The image will not display on the site if this field is blank.

Save each image you upload

Click "REVIEW"

"Submit for Publish", ensure to do this for each image you upload. If this step is not followed correctly, the images will not show on the website.

Populate the box that pops up, then click ok
