Go to your cases and select the case of the patient you want to communicate with

Go to "Manage members"

Choose the option "Share with a patient"

Add your patient's email address here. If he/she has a Medicai account, you will be able to select his/her profile. If not, you can send him/her an invitation to create an account you so you can communicate directly on his/her medical case.

Click "Share with patient"

And then "Start a private chat" with your patient

The patient will be notified each time he receives a message and will be able to reply directly here without access to your phone number or email address

You can also add doctors and chat with them directly (private or public). The two channels (with the doctors, with the patient) are separate.
