How can receptionists submit requests on behalf of patients

When a patient phones reception, the receptionist clicks on the blue Create Request button

The receptionist can then search for that patient via their NHS number, or in the EHR

When they find the correct patient, they click Begin Request

From here, the receptionist will take the patient through a short series of questions about their condition. This information is crucial for the patient to be appropriately triaged

The last button which the receptionist clicks is 'Submit Answers'. The patient's request will now appear on the Anima dashboard alongside all other requests, and can be actioned appropriately.
