Go to [https://docusign.com](https://docusign.com) and log in to your account.
Click the "Go to Admin" button.
Click the "Envelopes" tab.
Click the "Create" button.
Click the "Upload" button.
Select the document you want to add to the envelope and click the "Open" button.
Click the "Next" button.
Click the "Send" button.
