Click the "Create" button in the top right corner of the page.

Click the "Shapes" button in the left-hand toolbar.

Click the "Text" button in the left-hand toolbar.

Enter the desired text into the text box.
Click the "Format" button in the left-hand toolbar.

Click the "Line" button in the left-hand toolbar.

Select the desired line color and line thickness.
Click the "Arrange" button in the left-hand toolbar.
