How do I add or edit a virtual charge key?

Go to Connect Portal and click "Charge keys"

Click "Create Virtual Charge Key" or search for an already created virtual key and click top open it

Click and search for the Customer name from Spirii Business and select it. You can also search for the Customer ID number

Click and search for the App user and select it. Usually, you want to search for the customers email address, as it is this login they want the virtual charge key to be connected to. If they are logged in with something else, you can also search for their name to find the right user they made.

Click and insert a comment if relevant.

Click "Create"

The virtual key has now been created. However, If we want to activate roaming on this charge key too, we have to select the virtual charge key we just created (Usually in the top of the list, if not search for the customer name)

Mark the box "Roaming"

Click "Save"
