    Go to [https://zendesk.com](https://zendesk.com)

    Click the "Create macro" button in the upper right corner of the page.

    Enter a name for the macro in the "Name" field.

    Enter the macro text in the "Macro text" field.

    Select the "Active" checkbox to make the macro available to agents.
