Go to [https://system.netsuite.com/](https://system.netsuite.com/)
Click the “New Budget” button.

Enter a name for the budget in the “Budget Name” field.

Select the “Fiscal Year” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Period” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Currency” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Subsidiary” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Department” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Class” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Location” from the drop-down menu.
Select the “Account” from the drop-down menu.
Enter the “Amount” in the field.
Click the “Save” button.
