Go to [https://system.netsuite.com/](https://system.netsuite.com/)

Click the “New” button

Select the customer from the “Customer” field

Enter the payment amount in the “Total” field

Select the payment method from the “Payment Method” field

Enter the date of the payment in the “Date” field

Enter the reference number in the “Reference Number” field
