Go to [https://www.activecampaign.com/](https://www.activecampaign.com/)

Enter your name, email address, and password in the corresponding fields.

Click the “Create Account” button.

Select the “Create a Signup Form” option.

Enter a name for your signup form in the “Form Name” field.

Select the “Create a New List” option.

Enter a name for your list in the “List Name” field.

Click the “Create List” button.

Select the “Design” tab.

Enter the text you want to appear on the signup form in the “Form Content” field.

Click the “Save” button.

Select the “Embed” tab.

Copy the code in the “Embed Code” field.

Paste the code into your website.
