    Go to [https://zendesk.com](https://zendesk.com)
    Click the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.
    Click the "Manage" tab in the left sidebar.
    Click the "Ticket Fields" button.
    Click the "Ticket Types" button.
    Click the "Add Ticket Type" button.
    Enter the name of the ticket type in the "Name" field.
    Click the "Create Ticket Type" button.
