How do I create a ticket workflow in Freshdesk?

Go to [https://freshdesk.com/](https://freshdesk.com/) and click the "Create Workflow" button.
Enter a name for the workflow in the "Name" field.
Select the type of workflow you want to create from the drop-down menu.
Select the conditions that will trigger the workflow from the "When" section.
Select the actions that will be taken when the workflow is triggered from the "Then" section.
Click the "Save" button to save the workflow.
